What to Expect

This itinerary was designed for travelers who stop over in Hanoi with limited times, but still can visit main high light of Northern. Visitor will visit thousand year old city- Hanoi, capital city of Vietnam, Ha Long -world heritage site and new seven wonder of the world that as a destination you must see when travel to Vietnam.

Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival – ½ city (D)

We’ll meet at 4 p.m. at our hotel in Luzern (Lucerne) for a “Welcome to Switzerland” meeting. Then we’ll take a meandering evening walk through Switzerland’s most charming lakeside town, and get acquainted with one another over dinner together. Sleep in Luzern (2 nights). No bus. Walking: light.

Day 2Ha Long ( B,L)

After breakfast at hotel, we will depart for Ha Long bay – world heritage site and new seven wonder of the word. Journey takes you through Red river deltas where you can see daily life of villagers: famer transplant rice seedlings, plough their rice fields with water buffalo. Upon arrival, you will get on boat for cruising around the islets, visit Sung Sot (‘The Cave of Surprise’) grotto. Enjoy seafood lunch on board before leaving Halong for Hanoi.. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3Hanoi – Departure (B)

Check out your hotel early for city tour. The tour includes, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (Mondays and Fridays closed), His House on Stilt, One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc pagoda, Van Mieu – the first university of Vietnam. After your lunch time (lunch not included), you are free for shopping before driving to Noi Bai Airport for flight back home or to the next destination. End of service.
