Leave your hotel early for morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Depart to Cau Da port. Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island is the first place to visit, many sea species of Nha Trang/Khanh Hoa province make a small ocean world there. Mun Island is the best island for snorkeling where you can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. Visit a fishing village and taking a fresh lunch at the island. Hoi An is not famous for ancient city, but also special dishes as ” Cao Lau”, ” My Quang”. To day, we have a chance to discover art of culinary. Be ready at 8:00 at the Hai Scout Café in Hoi An’s old streets to meet the chef. Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we will enjoy results of excellent foods we just cooked. Your free time in the afternoon for exploring the ancient town of Hoian.

Fly to Hanoi today. Upon arrival in Hanoi, our millennium Capital city, our guide will welcome you at Noi bai airport and then be transferred to your hotel in the center of city. Free & leisure in Hanoi. In the evening, see water pupetry show in Thang Long theater in Hanoi.

After breakfast at hotel, take a full day city tour of Hanoi- Vietnam’s capital. Hanoi was referred as “Paris of orient” with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental temples. The city tour includes such sights as Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and his house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, after lunch in town continue to the Museum of Ethnology and end the afternoon take a cyclo tour of the Old Quarter.

Depart at 8:00am from your hotel in Hanoi. After 2hrs drive we arrive in Ninh Binh Province. Our first visit is the former capital Hoa Lu where remaining Dinh and Le Kings’ temples. Proceed to Tam Coc –“three caves”. Getting on small bamboo boats to travel along the canals amid local villages, green fields and natural beauty with limestone peaks, we are enjoying the “Ha Long On Land”. After 02 hours through 03 caves, we row back to the boat quay.
Take a short bike to Bich Dong cave, which was conferred by a King the title “Vietnam’s second most beautiful grotto” and which is some 2 km from Tam Coc. Climb up the Ngu Hanh Son Mountain (Buddha’s palm), charmed by the marvelous scenery offered by the mountains, rivers and pagodas. Return to Ha Noi and arrive at around 17:30pm. Overnight in Hanoi

After breakfast, take 3.5 hours drive to Halong bay, a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. Upon arrival, transfer to a junk for a cruise around Ha Long Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. The cruise passes by many rocks and islets in many funny shapes. Again your dinner served on board. In the evening, enjoy the night fishing (optional) and later overnight on board.

In the morning, enjoy more cruise through the Bay and have brunch before disembarking at Bai Chay. Car pick up and bring you back to Hanoi for overnight. Overnight in Hanoi.
